Diamond Academy Announces Fall Baseball Clinic

Diamond Academy is happy to announce that we will be hosting a FREE Fall baseball clinic for any player ages 10-12 on September 29th from 1:00 pm to 2:30 pm at Manchester Valley High School. Players from any program can attend.

The clinic will focus on the fundamentals of hitting, fielding, pitching and catching.

Diamond Academy 16/17U defeats Stars Prime at the Dynamic Baseball End of the summer Showcase Championship 7-1

Diamond Academy 16/17U scored four runs in the fifth inning, which helped them defeat the Stars 7-1 on Saturday 10/21/23. Brady Kies singled, scoring one run and Mason Dean singled, scoring two runs and another run was scored on an error.

Brady Kies earned the win for the Diamond Academy. The starting pitcher surrendered two hits and one run(zero earned) over six innings, striking out six and walking three.

Mason Dean led the team with two hits with two at bats. Trevor Hottenstein and Dean each stole multiple bases for the Diamond Academy team.

DA 15/16U Team Begins the Fall Season with Success!

Congratulations to our DA 15/16U Team, who finished as Runner Ups at the In the Dirt Labor Day Classic this past weekend. The Team went 2-2 on the weekend, led by some strong pitching perfomances.

DA 15/16U Has Another Strong Performance This Year

The Diamond Academy 15/16U contiuned their successful season with another strong showing at the Essexs Father's Day Tournament. The Team made it to another Championship Game, and finished as Runner Up in the 16U Division.

17/18U Diamond Academy Makes the Championship Game for the Third Time

The 17/18U Diamond Academy Team made it to the Championship Game for the third consecutive week, but finished Runner-Up at the Essexs Father's Day Tournament. The Team battled, but couldn't overcome High Heat poweful offense, losing 9-5.

Diamond Academy 17/18U tallied three runs in the sixth inning, led by Angel Stewart and Ben Coleman, who each had RBIs in the inning. Aidan Groves and Coleman each managed two hits to lead Diamond Academy 17/18U.

Diamond Academy 17/18U Finishes Runner-Up at In the Net

Diamond Academy 17/18U had another successful weekend of baseball, finishng Runner Up at the In the Net this past weekend. Ben Coleman started the game and took the loss for his team. The pitcher surrendered six runs, on six hits, walking five over two and two-thirds innings, striking out three. Justin Hefner was strong in relief.

Tyler Vonella, Bodey Griffin, Justin Hefner, Coleman, Ian Nitz, and Hayden Askew each managed one hit to lead Diamond Academy 17/18U.

Diamond Academy's 17/18U battled all weekend long in the Patrick Shifflett Memorial Tournament and finished runner-up, losing in the Champioship game. What an exciting and fun weekend of baseball.
